To Allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures we do operate primarily by appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority. Walk-in appointments will have to wait until after our scheduled appointments have been seen. Please be advised that it can be a long wait.
For you and your pet’s protection, and that of all others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting room. We also ask that you DO NOT use a retractable leash while you’re in the clinic. If you need a leash we will be happy to supply one for you. All cats must be in an appropriate carrier. If you do not have a carrier we can supply one for you to use for your visit.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Care Credit.
