Nita began working at the clinic in June 2016. She is a Pendleton native, who has recently returned after 10 years of following her husband in his Army career as an MP.
Nita enjoys making sure that our patients are well cared for, comfortable, and happy.
Nita's hobbies include leather & beadwork, gardening, playing piano, and working with animals. She takes a special interest in service animals. As a teenager, she trained 3 Guide Dogs for the Blind through the 4-H Guide Dog Puppy Project.
Nita and Steve have 2 children, who are both in college. They have 3 dogs, Tank (a rescued mixed breed), Sandy (a rescues Black Mouthed Curr), and Trooper (a Rottweiler).
